No one is intelligent enough to completely avoid it. Yeh, falling is easy (gravity helps!), but getting up is hard. Sadly, I had to do it too often. ;)

Durga, You have a point. Love isn't meant to be hell. But it does make you aware of sthg hidden deep inside you that parting with love is hell.
